Shipping policy

Ready to ship (RTS) items will ship within 2 BUSINESS DAYS of your completed order.  Turnaround time (TAT) for custom orders is currently 4 calendar weeks.  This means your custom order will ship NO LATER THAN (NLT) 4 weeks/ 28 days from your completed order.  If you order RTS and customs in the same order, they will ship together with the 4 week TAT.  Rush custom orders are available for an additional $20 upon request.  You must email the shop at theBossPrincessinc@gmail.com and we will invoice you the rush fee.  Work on your request will not begin until the rush fee is paid.
